Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actor who is most well-known for her role as Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of the period drama Mad Men (2007-2015). She received critical acclaim in the series and received nominations for six Emmy awards under the category of the best supporting actress. Since her time in the industry which spans over twenty years, she's also gained recognition for her roles as a character in the legal thriller Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime drama show Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Her performances are noted in films including Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River, The Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Additionally, she's recorded her voice on animated films like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! It began her career as a model, and went on to do so for many years before she made her television debut in 1999 anthology Undressed. Her first big role was on the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers following which she also received appreciation for her role in the cult hit Firefly.
